News : BOV Customer Service Centre Telephone Lines Temporarily Out of Service
Valletta, Malta, Sept 19, 2016 -- Bank of Valletta would like to inform its clientele that the Customer Service Centre telephone lines are temporarily out of service.
The Bank can be reached by email and through the Live Help module on the Bank's website. Alternatively, customers can send a private message on the Bank's BOV Club Facebook Page or a direct message on Twitter.
"We kindly remind you not to send confidential information such as credit card or account numbers over any of these channels," the bank said.
"The Bank is doing its utmost to restore the telephone service in the shortest time possible and would like to thank all its customers for their understanding and co-operation."
