Bright Pattern announced its integration with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 to help contact centers manage passwords and enable all users to log into multiple systems in a single step.
Bright Pattern works with SAML 2.0 identity providers to provide single sign-on (SSO) functionality for agents, system administrators, and all other users in an organization.
In addition, managers can now take advantage of just-in-time (JIT) user provisioning, which enables the automatic creation of a user account on all systems upon the first sign-on attempt.
