Bright Pattern announced its partnership with VIPdesk Connect, a US-based provider of outsourced customer care services for brands seeking to elevate the customer experience. Bright Pattern Contact Center software will help VIPdesk Connect provide omnichannel technology to brands across all industries.
The VIPdesk Connect and Bright Pattern partnership will elevate the customer experience by giving customers the option to choose the channels in which they prefer to interact, whether they be voice, email, chat, social, SMS, video, or other emerging digital channels.
