News : SalesSense International Opens New Centre in Dundalk
Dundalk, Ireland, Feb 5, 2015 -- SalesSense International has opened a new customer centre in Dundalk, with plans to take on 100 staff in sales, marketing, data analytics, IT and recruitment.
The company already employs more than 150 people in Ireland and has bases in Galway and Dublin.
The new facility will operate as a cloud-based contact centre with systems for staff to deal with customer queries on the phone, by email, direct message and social media.
The announcement was made by Jobs Minister Richard Bruton.

Meanwhile, Galway-based Lifes2good is to create 50 jobs over the next three years on the back of an investment by the BDO Development Capital Fund.
Founder of the company James Murphy said the investment will help grow US and UK business and support product and brand development.
