News : BT, Genesys Win Singapore Airlines Contact Centre Contract
Nov 18, 2014 -- BT has won a contract from Singapore Airlines to develop a communication management service based on the Customer Experience Platform from contact centre company Genesys to help enhance the airline's customer experience through new technology across contact centres around the world.
The new solution will offer efficient and intelligent routing capabilities for various interaction channels, multi-channel support for customer contact such as voice, e-mail, chat, mobile, social media and web channels.
Singapore Airlines will also benefit from BT's Inbound Contact Global service, which provides local access numbers for customers to call from anywhere in the world.
