News : BTCL Opens 24-hour Call Centre for Customers in Dhaka
Dhaka, Bangladesh, May 21, 2015 -- State-owned telecom company BTCL has launched a 24-hour call centre for customers' benefit.
Customers in Dhaka will be able to call the number 16402 and reach the BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited) for enquiry, according to a company media release.
The release said the service would be extended beyond Dhaka in course of time.
Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) subscribers and customers of all mobile-phone operators other than Grameenphone would be able to access the service, the release said.
