News : BTRIB Opens New Call Centre, NOC
Baku, Azerbaijan, July 31, 2016 -- Azerbaijan state-owned fixed operator BTRIB, working in the Baku region, has launched its new automatised call centre, reports Trend citing Ramil Mukhtarzade, the CCO of the company.
The call centre serves customers in Azerbaijan, Russian and English languages and processes around 1,000 calls daily.
Additional support functions are planned to start in the call centre. A monitoring centre, enabling the company to manage the work of staff as well as the IVR menu and resolve standard problems is planned to be introduced. BTRIB has also launched its Network Operations Centre (NOC), controlling the status of the telecommunications infrastructure.
