News : Buffalo Bills Rely on ShoreTel Communications System
Sunnyvale, CA, Dec. 9, 2014 -- ShoreTel (NASDAQ: SHOR), a provider of phone systems and unified communications (UC) solutions, announces the NFL team Buffalo Bills has selected and installed a ShoreTel unified communications system to improve staff productivity and fan satisfaction. The system is installed on phones at the Ralph Wilson Stadium and the ADPRO Sports Training Center. Among ShoreTel’s software offerings, the Buffalo Bills are using ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center for their call centers and ShoreTel Mobility, which extends the phone system to employees’ smartphones and tablets.
During the offseason, the Bills’ stadium underwent a major remodel, which enabled the organization to re-evaluate its communications provider. With the guidance of ShoreTel channel partner PremCom, the Buffalo Bills selected ShoreTel.
"The Buffalo Bills are leveraging the power of ShoreTel’s integrated communications system and mobility application to improve employee productivity whether they are in the office, on the sidelines of a game, or in a remote location," said Mark Roberts, chief marketing officer at ShoreTel.
