News : Bulgaria Govt Approves Intergovernmental Agreement
Sofia, Bulgaria, Feb 24, 2016 -- Bulgarian Council of Ministers approved at its regular sitting on Wednesday the agreement between the governments of Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey on the establishment and functioning of a joint contact centre for police and customs cooperation, the press service of the Government announced.
The agreement was signed on May 25, 2015.
The document regulates the direct real-time exchange of information between employees of the competent national institutions of the three countries who will be appointed to posts at the centre.

The centre will be built on Bulgarian territory at the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint.
