News : C3 Opens Call Centre in Guatemala
July 14, 2014 -- US customer management solutions provider C3 has opened a call centre in Guatemala. The new facility will handle inbound customer service and reservations calls, in both English and Spanish language, that originate from the United States and other parts of Latin America.
Initially, agents will handle reservations and customer service for a major US based airline, and customer service matters for another client in the travel industry.
The firm also has contact centers in the US, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Scotland, China and India.
