News : C3/CustomerContactChannels to Hire 500 Employees at Tucson Contact Center
C3/CustomerContactChannels, a customer management company, announced it is ramping up its operations in Tucson and seeking to hire an additional 500 people over the next week. The available full-time positions are for customer service agents, supervisors and quality assurance representatives.
"We are growing in Tucson and have a need to expand our workforce," said Bruce Maxwell, VP of Operations. "Starting pay is $12/hour for English-speaking agents and $13/hour for agents who also speak Spanish. In addition, we offer benefits and the opportunity for quick career advancement."
Job candidates should have exemplary communication skills and be computer proficient. Prior experience is a plus, but C3 offers training for those who are new to the industry. The company also gives employees an ability to grow; many agents who started fielding calls have been promoted to management.
