News : Call Center Adding 200-plus Jobs
Sept 29, 2014 -- A customer service company based in Illinois announced plans to continue growing its presence in St. Joseph by creating more than 200 jobs at a call center.
APAC Customer Services Inc. said it expects to add the full-time positions now through January. The data entry and customer service telephone jobs are destined to support the work of a major health care client, the company said.
The jobs will be located at APAC’s Systems & Services Technologies location of 4315 Pickett Road. They will be seeking customer service representatives and data entry clerks.
