News : Call Center Closures Will Displace 275 Metro-area Workers
Kansas City, MO, USA, Feb 3, 2015 -- NCO Financial Systems Inc. is shutting down its operations in Kansas City and St. Joseph.
The company, a subsidiary of NCO Group Inc., filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) notice, announcing that it will close those offices by March 31. The resulting layoffs will affect 179 employees in Kansas City and 96 in St. Joseph.
The Kansas City Business Journal attempted to reach NCO Financial Systems but was unable to do so.
