Scottsdale, AZ, May 22, 2014 -- Telexec Solutions has added 2 new pages to its website to make it easy for call center companies and executives who wish to remain anonymous to find each other. These pages will serve companies and executives who wish their search to remain secret. The process is simple. Companies and executive candidates post a job description or resume using "For Companies" or "For Candidates" pages respectively through the Telexec website. Instructions are clearly described right on the relevant pages. There are even links to 3 major email sites to facilitate acquiring a temporary email address that will be used for communication until the company and executive are ready to speak to each other.
The data that is received is managed by using aweber, a list management and auto responder company. The Telexec Solutions team regularly scrutinizes the data and maintains individual contact with companies and executives who prefer to remain anonymous, but are still able to communicate with the executive search firm by using temporary email addresses.
When the company likes the resume and the executive likes the job description, Telexec Solutions identifies them and schedules a telephone interview with the two parties.
When only one of the parties desires anonymity, Telexec responds appropriately. No identity is revealed until the first telephone interview is scheduled.
