Waldoboro, ME, USA, Sept, 2019 -- A call center business will be returning Oct. 1, bringing with it 35 full-time employees.
S & J Llama LLC of Waldoboro announced Sept. 19 the relocation of the New Taction Inc. call center business (a division of AnswerNet Inc.) to the Jefferson Street Professional Building in the Historic Village District.
New Taction will occupy the entire first floor of the building, a 1,200-square-foot office complex, which was recently acquired by S & J Llama from Five Nickle LLC of Waldoboro.
AnswerNet contact centers provide customer service, telephone answering services, appointment setting and lead qualification. The Waldoboro location will specialize in customer care and support programs for large retail brands.
Seth Hall, managing member of S & J Llama, said in a press release, "This new business activity augments the increasingly vibrant and dynamic energy of the Waldoboro business community."
