News : Call Center to Open in Indianapolis

Dayton, Ohio, Nov 20, 2014 -- CareSource, a Dayton-based nonprofit, health plan will team with Xerox (NYSE: XRX) to provide a customer care operation in Indianapolis. Xerox will hire and employ approximately 200 Indiana residents, manage the call center, and train the staff to support new work from CareSource.
"CareSource has a 25-year history of mission-focused customer service, so we selected Xerox because of their expertise in customer care to provide us with a strong presence in Indiana. This Customer Care Call Center will help us continue to serve more Indiana residents through our CareSource Just4Me product," said Pam Morris, President and CEO, CareSource.

CareSource is a provider in developing customer care strategies to ensure service for members. The new Xerox customer care center will enhance the consumer experience by supporting those who want to learn more about CareSource product lines.
