Wichita Falls, TX, USA, June, 2019 -- With new signage and a Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, the call center formerly known as USA800 is under new ownership and has re branded itself as The Results Companies.

The Results Companies has 22 call center locations nationally and an international presence in Philippines, Australia and Latin America.

Mark Speight, site director, speaks Friday morning during a rebranding ceremony at The Results Companies, formerly USA800. The call center employs about 600 people.

"Our business is exclusively a people-based business, and to be able to come to a place like Wichita Falls, and to continue to enjoy the strength of the labor force in the market, is just phenomenal," said Mike Tripp, senior vise president of operations for North America.

The local facility, just off I-44, employs 600 people and operates 24 hours a day. Workers handle customer service calls for about 30 different clients including Schwans, Polaris and Indian Motorcycle.
