News : Call Centers Join to Form Five Star Call Centers
Sioux Falls, SD, June 23, 2016 -- Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices and Midco Connections have joined forces to form Five Star Call Centers. More than 500 agents are located in Fargo, N.D., North Sioux City, S.D., and at two facilities in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Craig Lawrence, one of the founders, says the call center has grown far beyond expectations, attracting nationally known companies who see the need for a new level of excellence in customer service. He attributes the center’s rapid growth to two factors.
"The first is operational excellence," Lawrence says in a news release. "Our team — Troy Holt, chief operating officer, Joel Sylvester, chief sales and marketing officer, and Ray Peterson, chief customer officer — managed huge call centers before joining Five Star. They learned how to blend the efficiencies of a big center with a customized level of service offered by a smaller operation."
