News : Call Centre Closed Due to Positive Covid-19 Case

Ekurhuleni, South Africa, July 13, 2020 -- The Ekurhuleni metro’s call centre has been closed due to a reported Covid-19 case to allow for deep cleaning and disinfection.

The metro’s spokesperson Themba Gadebe said in light of this, the metro’s guidelines on Covid-19 management cases, including screening and testing, will apply accordingly.

While the call centre is closed, service related issues may be reported through the following channels:
