News : Call Centre Jobs Will Help Fuel Growth Plans
Dec 4, 2014 -- Norwich firm Gasway has doubled the size of its customer contact centre at its HQ on the Sweet Briar Industrial Estate and recruited five new staff to help with its growth plans.
Gasway, was founded in Norwich in 1982 by Bob Betts and Graham Swift, who both previously worked for British Gas, to offer a boiler repair and installation service.
The company will shortly open a new depot on the outskirts of Cambridge to improve customer service in the south of its operating area.
Bob Betts’ son Liam, who is now managing director of the firm after joining as the company’s first apprentice, said: "The last few years have been very successful.
