News : Call Centre Now Operational
Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, Sept 2, 2015 -- The SAPS Call Centre office, run by Mountain Rise, Community Policing Forum and the Combined Action (CAT) team officially commenced yesterday, 1 September and will run until 30 November.
The community is encouraged to report criminal activities that occur within a 500-metre radius of any primary and secondary school in the Mountain Rise Policing area.

Complaints relating to the sale of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, including truancy, gangsterism and any sort of violence by pupils must be reported to the COP Call Centre at 072 299 4472 or 072 211 5886.
The call centre will be operational daily, from 6am to 10pm and will respond to phone calls, whatsapp messages and SMSes.
