News : Call Centre Staff Needed for Mark Group
Feb 12, 2014 -- An energy efficiency business is creating 100 new call centre jobs.
Mark Group needs to recruit the staff at its customer information centre in Beaumont Leys.
The Leicester business opened the centre last summer, and already has more than 130 staff there, handling about 4,000 customer enquiries every day.
The recruitment drive is part of the company's aggressive growth plans to support its work installing home insulation and renewable energy technologies throughout the UK.
The vacancies are in various customer service roles. Mark Group is looking for candidates with experience in a customer-facing environment, as well as students or those who might be looking for a degree of flexibility in their working hours.
Mark Group, which employs 600 people in Leicester and also has operations in Australia and New Zealand, was founded in 1974.
