News : Call Connection Plans to Almost Double Newcastle Office Numbers
Newcastle, UK, April 15, 2015 -- A Newcastle insurance firm is set to almost double its call centre less than two years after opening its base in the North East.
Call Connection, a telephone lead generation company for the insurance sector, set up an office in Newcastle in January 2014 having already reaped success in its Ipswich headquarters, a move which created 50 new jobs.
Now managing director Graeme Kalbraier plans to almost double the workforce by creating 40 new jobs at the offices at Pandon, Trinity Gardens.
Mr Kalbraier said that the company’s success is down to its people and he is committed to creating even more opportunities for employees, supporting them to develop their skills and progress through the business.
