News : Call Helpline to Prevent Seat Grabbing in Unreserved Coaches
Chennai, India, Feb 15, 2017 -- To prevent grabbing of seats in the unreserved compartments of trains, the Southern Railways has come up with a set of helpline numbers for passengers.
The issue came to light following the complaint of unauthorised seats blocking in the unreserved coaches of a Chennai-Coimbatore intercity Express train last week.
