News : CallActive Hires New Chief Operating Officer
Dec 20, 2013 – CallActive is excited to announce that David Hale will be joining the CallActive family on January 6th 2014 as our new Chief Operating Officer.
David has over 20 years experience in the Contact Centre Industry across multiple verticals including Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance having worked for a number of iconic Australian companies including Telstra, Australian Super and Tal Direct in senior leadership roles.
David’s experience extends across in-house and outsourced operations, multi-national and international sites, Direct Sales Management, Campaign Management and Operations Management having lead large teams both directly and indirectly.
David has played critical roles in large change management programs, introduced a raft of process improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and delivered substantial EBIT through a range of innovative revenue generating campaigns.
David’s success at a senior level is attributed to his continuing focus on educating and empowering his team combined with fostering a culture that rewards innovation and results.
