News : Callnovo Opens UK Office
Horsham, West Sussex, UK, 28 January 2014 -- Callnovo, a Chinese call centre provider, has announced that they have opened a European office to better serve customers that are located there.
"Expanding into China can be a costly and time consuming process for European companies who do not have any experience of doing business there," commented Marc Jarrett, Callnovo’s European Business Development Manager. "By having a virtual Chinese office, they can begin the process of reaching out to the vast Chinese market at a fraction of the cost and risk associated with establishing a real office there".
Chinese prospects call a local Chinese number, and calls will be answered by a Chinese call agent who has been briefed about the client’s product or service. Inbound enquiries translated into English are then made available to the client.
