South Jordan, UT, USA, Jan 28, 2016 -- CallTower, a provider in cloud-based enterprise-class unified communications and collaboration solutions and Clarity Connect, a software development firm, have partnered to provide growing businesses the ability to use Microsoft Skype for Business with a fully native contact center solution in a hosted environment.
Clarity Connect adds a set of call management capabilities to direct instant message, calls, web chat and email for internal groups or traditional customer/user communications.
"Connect extends our hosted Skype for Business platform with familiar user interface queues that make learning and using the product easy," said William Rubio, CallTower’s Chief Revenue Officer.
