News : Capgemini Expands BPO Contract with Brazilian ICT Firm Algar
Nov 28, 2014 -- French IT consultancy and services firm Capgemini, has announced the extension of a BPO contract with Brazilian ICT firm Algar. The contract is in addition to the contract originally won with Algar in 2011 for a duration of 13 years.
The updated contract includes telecommunications and technology business units as well as its holding entities.
Under the contract, Capgemini will deliver complete finance and accounting services including Record to Analyze (R2A), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Credit to Cash (C2C) as well as Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).
