News : CBE Named One of Iowa’s Top Workplaces
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – September 23, 2014 – CBE Companies (CBE), a global business process outsourcer (BPO), announced today it has been selected as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces.
The Top Workplaces are based on surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm focused on organizational health and employee engagement. Top Workplaces were awarded in small, mid and large size categories. In the large-sized category, CBE ranked #19.

WorkplaceDynamics conducts similar surveys in partnership with media outlets across the country. In all, the firm has conducted more than one million employee surveys and compiled top employer lists for some of the nation's largest media outlets. In Iowa, the company teams with the Des Moines Register.
WorkplaceDynamics anonymously surveyed employees of nominated companies. The 22-question survey asked employees what is important to them and to rate their employer on a number of statements and priorities.
The surveys consistently show employees place value on feeling appreciated at work, particularly if it’s for a company they believe is headed in the right direction. On the other hand, benefits are consistently the factor that's least related to success of top workplaces.
Deep analysis and authentication work was completed before establishing the final results. The Des Moines Register published Iowa’s Top Workplaces on Sunday, Sept. 21.
