News : CGI SVP Stephanie Mango wins Federal 100 Award
Fairfax, Virginia, February 11, 2016 -- CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) announced that Senior Vice President Stephanie Mango has been selected by Federal Computer Week (FCW) as one of its 2016 Federal 100 award recipients. This annual award recognizes that group of government, industry and academic leaders who go above and beyond their job responsibilities to impact the way the federal government acquires, develops and manages information technology to advance agency missions. Mango contributes to the realization of the benefits of shared services through her direct work with federal organizations and her advocacy for the smart implementation of shared models.
In addition to her work at CGI, Mango chairs the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council’s Financial Management, Information Sharing and Shared Services Community of Interest. She leads this group using a transformational business approach by developing knowledge-based work products and interactive forums. She also contributes to the shared services vision through her active participation in the Partnership for Public Service Shared Services Roundtable, Association of Government Accountants and the Shared Services Leadership Council.
FCW assembles an independent panel of judges each year to curate the Federal 100 list, which has grown into the signature awards program within the federal IT community. Mango joins an elite group of professionals who share a commitment to duty, excellence and commitment in government services. FCW will recognize Mango and all Federal 100 awardees in the March issue of FCW magazine.
