News : CGS Launches Remote Monitoring and Maintenance Dashboard for SMBs
New York, NY March 8, 2016 -- CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, announced the availability of an enhanced Remote Monitoring and Maintenance (RMM) dashboard for its small- and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. The offering will serve as a consolidated resource for executives and management to obtain real-time health check information on infrastructure and application components to maximize preventative actions, forecast procurement, minimize downtime and prevent performance issues.
Through RMM, CGS enables IT and operations professionals to easily manage their entire enterprise infrastructure, including mobile devices, desktops, servers, networks and storage and cloud/SaaS environments.
