News : Chapman Lam Elected as new Chairman of Hong Kong Call Centre Association
Hong Kong, April 21, 2016 -- Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing Services (ADAMS), is pleased to announce that Mr. Chapman Lam, their Director, Customer Experience Architecture has become the new Chairman of the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA).
Chapman Chairman Hong Kong Call Centre AssociationIn this role, he will also serve as one of the Directors of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL), which aims to promote greater dialogue and knowledge sharing amongst the contact centre industry associations from 11 countries, including Thailand, China, Australia and Indonesia.
