News : Charter to Add Call Center in Former Macy's
St. Louis, MO, USA, May 29, 2015 -- Charter Communications has leased space at the former Northwest Plaza shopping center. The site is currently going through a mixed-use redevelopment that includes retail and offices.
Charter will occupy 135,000 square feet on the former upper level of the Macy's store at Northwest Plaza for a call center. The expansion will accommodate about 1,000 employees, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The development, now called the Crossings at Northwest and located in St. Ann, has ample parking and will feature a unique design for the Charter office space, officials said. Both current St. Louis Charter call centers, in Bridgeton and Town & Country, will be unaffected by the expansion, the newspaper reported.
