Charlotte, NC, USA, Sept, 2019 -- Chime Solutions is expanding to Charlotte.
The Morrow, Georgia-based customer care services company expects to hire 400 employees for the expansion of its Charlotte call center by Oct. 4, and 1,000 by the end of next year.

The black-owned business may be a high-touch contact center service provider on the surface, but it stresses upward mobility for employees.
