News : Christopher & Banks Selects Epicor Retail Solutions
Austin, TX, USA, April 2, 2015 -- Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider in business software solutions for retail, manufacturing, distribution, and services organizations announces Christopher & Banks Corporation has selected Epicor Retail solutions to support its transformational omni-channel "Customer First" strategy and commitment to operational excellence.
To support its business objectives, the company will leverage a solution set that demonstrates the comprehensiveness of the new Epicor Retail suite. The company will also upgrade its CRM solution with the Epicor Retail CRM 7.0 offering; which, used in conjunction with the Epicor QuantiSense Retail Business Intelligence solution, will support an enhanced enterprise-wide, single view of customers information across the store, online and call center, in addition to enabling personalized marketing campaigns and offers to the company's valued customers.
Christopher & Banks will also leverage the Epicor ShopVisible cloud retail order management solution with integrated and comprehensive product information management (PIM) capabilities. Together with Epicor Retail Enterprise Selling, the technology combination will enable more flexible fulfillment options and customer convenience, such as buy online/pick up in store.
