News : Cigna Opens Customer Service Call Center in Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh, June 5, 2014 -- Cigna (NYSE:CI) welcomed over 100 new customer service employees at a ribbon-cutting opening the company’s new health care call center in North Fayette, as service associates at the new call center began taking customer calls. Fifty more customer service personnel will be hired by year-end.

"Cigna's investment in the Pittsburgh region stems from a great pool of talent who are well-suited to meet the needs of our customers and from our commitment to being part of a healthy and competitive marketplace in the region."
