News : CITIC Telecom CPC has Won Multiple Awards in the First Half of 2015
Hong Kong, July 9, 2015 -- CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited (CITIC Telecom CPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 1883), was honored to announce the winning of multiple awards in June 2015, namely:
- 'Asia Communication Awards 2015 - Best SME Services' by Total Telecom
- 'Customer Relationship Excellence Awards (CRE Awards) - Customer Service Manager of the Year (Network Communications - Contact Center) and Customer Service Professional of the Year (Technical Center)' by Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC)
- 'Computerworld Singapore Customer Care Awards 2015 - Firewall/ VPN Solutions' by Executive Network Media
- 'Distinguished Salesperson Award (DSA)' by Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA)
- 'Computerworld Hong Kong Awards 2015 - Managed Security Services Provider' by Computerworld Hong Kong
Together with the 'HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award 2014' by Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence, 'Editors' Choices 2014 by Sing Tao Daily IT Square', and 'Platinum Brand Election 2015 by PC3' that the company has won before, it has received a total of eight accolades in the first half of 2015.
Apart from the Asia Communication Awards, it is also CITIC Telecom CPC's first time to win the Computerworld Singapore Customer Care Awards, in the category "Firewall/ VPN Solutions". 'By winning the award, we are very glad that it proves our customers are having positive experiences with us at all points of the engagement cycle - from early stage consulting through complete implementation, user testing, and continual maintenance, support and process enhancement," said Ivan.
