News : City Opening Call Center to Help Business Prepping for Papal Visit
Philadelphia, PA, USA, Aug 17, 2015 -- The city of Philadelphia will be opening a call center for businesses trying to figure out how to stay open when the pope comes to town.
Many in Center City say there are so many driving restrictions, they're not sure how their employees will get to work.
In the case of restaurants they aren't sure how to get fresh food in.
City officials are urging businesses to be creative.
"There's time to sort these out. The thing to do is sort them out calmly, work it out in detail," said Deputy Mayor of Economic Opportunity Alan Greenberg, "and if they can't find answer, then they should call us."
The call center will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
