News : Claro Peru Inks Customer Service Deal with Transcom
Oct 23, 2014 -- Peruvian mobile telephony operator Claro has signed an agreement with Transcom, through which the latter will manage inbound customer service on behalf of Claro from the operator's facilities in capital Lima.
Services under the new agreement with Claro will be ramped up successively in the next few months. Claro Peru is fully owned by Mexican telecoms operator America Movil.
