Collab9 received its FedRAMP authorization in 2016, after receiving an Authority to Operate (ATO) from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Collab9 integrates voice, video, messaging, mobility, presence, conferencing, e911, and contact center services in one secure platform that’s custom tailored to the unique security requirements of the federal government.
