News : Comcast Opens Bilingual Customer Center with 450 Agents Capacity
Albuquerque, NM, USA, Dec 9, 2015 -- Comcast has opened the 47,000-square-foot bilingual customer support center with a capacity to seat approximately 450 agents in Albuquerque.
Comcast said the new call center will provide customer support for residential products and services, handling calls primarily from Spanish-speaking customers across the country, as well as calls in English.
