Hyderabad, India, April 29, 2015 -- Concentrix recently deepened its relationship with Axis Bank through the launch of two new inbound contact centers: the first opened in Hyderabad, and the second will soon be functional in Bangalore.
"Our relationship with Axis Bank has grown into something very deep and very strong," said Anuj Kumar, Concentrix GM India Domestic Concentrix, "We've built significant trust together as we have worked to pursue better business outcomes. The new contract is evidence of that trust."
The new contract includes provision and supervision of personnel and workflow managed through the two separate centers. Concentrix is overseeing not only setup and launch of the contact centers, but also planning, operations, and management of staff, project managers and site leads.

The relationship with Axis Bank began years ago with a small mortgage contact center line of business. Since that time, Axis Bank has gradually transitioned more and more responsibility for varying lines of business to Concentrix, including retail assets like loans and credit cards, insurance premium collection, merchant establishment, and further mortgage contact center services.
