Edinburgh, UK, Aug 19, 2015 -- Connect Communications UK Ltd., a telephone answering service, announced that it has expanded its opening hours. The service will now offer live phone answering from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The company also announced that it has developed new software that converts all out-of-hours voicemails to digital WAV files that can be emailed to clients immediately – an innovation that gives clients 24 hour cover.
"As our clientele grows, we are serving more businesses that work globally – they get calls around the clock," said Nicky Walker of Connect Communications. "Our goal, of course, is to give every caller the professional welcome they deserve, so it made sense to expand our hours to accommodate this surge in call volume early and late."
In addition to call answering, Connect Communications offers Diary Management service, where a Connect Communications receptionist answers the client’s calls and books appointments in the client’s diary. The company offers Virtual Receptionist services, Outsourced Reception, Call Overflow, Customer Service and Programmable Numbers. With Programmable Numbers, Connect Communications is able to set up a full range of UK Local Numbers.
