Toronto, Ont., Canada, July 5, 2016 -- The ownership of Connex Telecommunications Inc. (Connex) has acquired Dependable IT Inc. (DIT). Connex is a Canadian national telecommunications provider to large and midsize enterprise customers.
DIT is located in the heart of Hamilton with a 250 Seat Call centre, the company provides multiple versatile forms of technical support, including outsourced technical and sales call centre support, computer networking services, remote diagnostics, and onsite desktop service.
The acquisition will improve Connex’s ability to design, integrate, implement, manage and support telecommunications solutions nationally. Sayan Navaratnam, CEO of Connex identified that, "The addition of DIT’s services and capabilities will allow Connex to provide a more broad range of capabilities to our customers. It is an essential part of being able to provide a complete "managed services" solution.
