Singapore, Canada & India, May 20, 2021 -- Consilium Software, a provider of enterprise software for unified communications and contact centers, announced that it has reached a revised resale agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) under which Consilium’s full range of Uni™ products are now available for sale via Cisco SolutionsPlus, in every country where Cisco Commerce Workspace is available, to be added on to new and existing Cisco contact center platforms.

Another welcome news is that subscription-based SKUs (new master SKU ‘CONSILIUM-APPS’) are now available for all the Consilium products. Perpetual product offers continue to be available under the existing Cisco SKU ‘CS-APPS.’ Apart from this, Consilium UniInsight™ and UniVCX™ have been added as new products under Cisco SolutionsPlus.
