News : Consilium Launches Multi-Vendor Outbound Customer Experience Platform with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 & GDPR Certification

Singapore, Canada & India, July 11th , 2023 – Consilium Software, a global provider of AI-powered customer engagement solutions, announced the latest version of the Consilium UniCampaign™ Outbound List and Campaign Management (LCM) product for customer outreach over voice and digital channels. UniCampaign integrates with and adds AI-based advanced outbound campaign orchestration on top of the cloud and on-premises contact center platforms from Cisco, Genesys and Amazon Connect.
