The Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) helps businesses reimagine their customer experience (CX) by providing intelligence to aid agents’ customer interactions, smarter and faster decision-making, and automation of management tasks.
CEP is now live, with products offered for sale through Cisco SolutionsPlus, Genesys AppFoundry, Salesforce AppExchange and Oracle Cloud Marketplace, as well as through Consilium’s network of channel partners in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions. Consilium’s new multi-cloud architectures have allowed combining vendors’ cloud CX products with Consilium’s public cloud hosted SaaS products (two or more public clouds), two or more private clouds, or a combination of public, private and on-premise hosting.
