News : Consumer Cellular Still Growing in Redmond
May 27, 2014 — Consumer Cellular announced that its call-center workforce has topped 1,000 employees in three locations, with more hiring underway.
Meanwhile, a southeast Bend call center -- Ibex Global, formerly TRG/iSky -- plans to more than double its workforce in coming months, adding 450 employees to the current 400, officials said last week.
Continued hiring at each location has allowed the rapidly growing carrier to handle an increasing volume of calls for new service, new phone orders and customer service consultations.
