San Francisco, CA, USA, Nov, 2020 -- Observe.AI, a provider in contact center AI, announced Andrew Acedo has joined the executive team as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Acedo will be responsible for leading Observe.AI’s enterprise sales arm, focusing on refining the company’s up-market strategy and building a sales team to support continued growth after a Series B round of funding in September of this year.

"The need for Contact Center AI continues to grow in urgency as enterprise companies worldwide fight to create a sustainable remote workforce," said Swapnil Jain, CEO & Co-Founder of Observe.AI. "We are thrilled to have Andrew on the team and believe his expertise will enable us to fuel new, enterprise-level business opportunities that will help Fortune 1,000 brands meet exceedingly growing customer expectations with AI-powered coaching and automated workflows."

With an entrepreneurial background, Acedo comes to Observe.AI with over a decade of sales leadership experience in the B2B SaaS space. Acedo drove sales and customer success strategy for Presado before making the jump to ActionIQ where he led sales, partnerships, and strategy and contributed to an 8X growth in revenue in three years.

"At Observe.AI, I see a huge market opportunity where legacy processes have created an untapped potential for transforming cost centers into profit centers," said Acedo. "I’m energized by the humility, eagerness, and grit that is demonstrated by leadership and am thrilled to take the lead on building a systematic approach to going up-market and building a world-class enterprise sales team."
