In order to fuel this momentum, Observe.AI has hired Rich Wang as Vice President of Customer Success. Rich will run the post-sales customer journey and identify new opportunities for the business.

At Observe.AI, Rich will put new workflows in place to take the company’s retention and product adoption to the next level.
